Please email info@alturapresents.com with your full name and the email address you used for the order, and someone will contact you. Please check your spam folder before reaching out – sometimes ticketing emails mistakenly land there.
For most medium to larger events, hard copy tickets can be purchased either from the venue box office an hour before doors open or from Altura street team promoters.
(Please treat hard copy tickets just like cash – unfortunately we cannot refund or replace lost, stolen, or counterfeit hard tickets. Altura hard tickets always have the ticket price clearly printed on the face – be cautious of anyone selling a ticket for any price other than face value.
Bring the credit card used to purchase the ticket, a government issued ID (see below for examples) to the box office the night of the event. Some venues (such as Hard Rock Live or the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center) offer early will-call pickup options – contact them directly for additional information. If you plan on bringing your smartphone to the event, we recommend using the scannable barcode option – this will allow you to bypass will-call entirely and enter the event quickly.
As our checkout page states, all ticket sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided except in the case of a cancellation. If a cancelled show is rescheduled within six months, tickets purchased for the cancelled date will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If a cancelled show is not rescheduled, refunds will be automatically issued by our ticketing provider.
Provided the event is at least 72 hours away, email info@alturapresents.com with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
For most events, the price will increase as tickets get closer to selling out. For example, the first tier of tickets might be $25, when the $25 allotment of tickets sells out, the second tier might be $30, then $35 for tier three and so on. There is no difference between GA ticket tiers other than the price will generally increase as the event approaches and tickets increase in demand. You will always save money by buying tickets early – door tickets are always priced the highest.
For select events Altura offers a limited quantity of ‘VIP’ tickets, which can include expedited entry, access to special VIP areas of the venue, show lanyards, meet & greets, private bathrooms, private bars, gift bags, comfortable seating, and other amenities that will vary individually from show to show. VIP offerings will be explained in detail on the ticketing page. Please note that on account of county business licensing requirements, some VIP tickets that offer access to bar areas are 21+ only. Please read the ticket page closely prior to purchase. If you would like to upgrade your GA tickets to VIP ahead of the event, email info@alturapresents.com for assistance. If not already sold out, VIP ticket upgrades are also typically available for purchase at the event box office on the night of the show.
YES. You are required to present a valid ID for entry into any 18+ or 21+ event. We cannot offer any exception to this policy – please don’t leave your ID at home! Additionally, we will need a valid ID to troubleshoot any will-call pickup or ticketing issues that may arise at the venue. One last reminder – don’t forget your ID!
The following are acceptable forms of identification in the state of Nevada – again, this applies to ALL events 18+ or 21+, regardless of whether or not you plan to purchase alcohol.
- Any US State / Territory, District of Columbia or Canadian Driver’s License or Non-Operating ID
- Any valid, recognized Passport or US Passport Card Military ID
- Resident Alien Card
All IDs must be valid, unexpired, unaltered, and must contain a photo
A DMV renewal printout is only valid if you bring the expired ID along with it.
Unfortunately no other forms of ID are acceptable. Please bring one of the acceptable forms to ensure entry.
For security reasons, re-entry is not allowed at any of our events.
If the event is not sold out, tickets will be available at the door. The door price is always higher than the highest presale ticket price, and many events sell out prior to doors – we highly recommend buying tickets early to save money and avoid disappointment.
Door times vary by event, but in most cases 8 – 9PM is standard. Check the official event page or ticketing page for accurate start and end times. Early arrival is always recommended to avoid lines.
While it is fairly standard for the ‘headliner’ to play the final set of the night, all Altura events feature many amazing artists to experience – we want you to come early and stay late! We feel that showing up for an hour just to catch one act isn’t experiencing the event the way it should be experienced, and we try to discourage this whenever possible. The best way to ensure you catch every set you want to catch is to arrive early!
Banned item policies can vary from venue to venue – check the official event page a few days before the show for event specific policies. We must reserve all rights to amend these policies at any time, for any reason. In general, here is what you CANNOT bring into any of our events at any venue:
- Laser pens pointers
- Professional cameras SLR or anything with a detachable lens)
- Video or audio recording equipment (Go Pros included)
- Jewelry with spikes or studs
- Knives, firearms, or weapons of any kind
- Outside food or beverage (for events that allow Camelbacks, they must be EMPTY upon entry)
- Narcotics
- Drug paraphernalia (including marijuana)
- Open cigarettes, gum, lipstick, or lip balm
- Medications of any kind
We try our best to ensure that these items are allowed into our events whenever possible – however, some venues have internal policies in place that we cannot always get around. Please check the official event page in the days leading up to an event for venue specific banned item policies. If we don’t specifically say these items are allowed at a particular venue, it is best to assume that they are banned and leave them at home.
While recreational marijuana is legal for use in private residences and in certain designated locations, it is still very much illegal in public, or at concerts, music festivals, and other events. We hope the laws change in the future, but for now, please leave your marijuana and marijuana accessories at home.
Altura has trained emergency medical technicians onsite for all events. If there is an injury or any other medical emergency, notify a member of the security team immediately so they can radio for assistance. The security team will be wearing either black or yellow shirts clearly labeled SECURITY, and will be present throughout the venue at all times. Security is there to keep you safe, not to intimidate you. Always look out for your fellow party goers – if you see someone in need of medical attention, do your part and notify security.
You will never get into trouble for reporting a medical emergency – it is always better to be safe than sorry.
We host open street team meetings all the time! Check our socials for updates, or send an email to info@alturapresents.com to inquire directly. Generally, we are looking for energetic, social, outspoken, motivated, reliable people with a passion for Musica Latino to help our events grow. Street team members can earn cash, free tickets and VIP upgrades to our events, festival passes, family outings, and more. You must have a smartphone and your own reliable transportation to be considered.
The safety of our attendees is always our top priority. Please note that Altura must reserve the right to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, without the refund of any portion of the ticket price. We have a zero tolerance policy for drugs, violence and or verbal abuse of event staff or other patrons. Any persons visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be ejected from the event and will not receive a refund. Please act responsibly, remember to hydrate, and know your limits.
